parkexch applies a layered approach to account security and data handling that aligns with these Terms & Conditions.

Data Storage

Account data — including your name, contact details and transaction history from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe deposits — is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside the scope defined in these terms.

Cookie Policy

We use session and analytics cookies to keep your account active and to measure lobby performance. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser at any time; opting out of non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to wager.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password authentication and, where enabled, two-step verification. We recommend a unique password and advise you not to share account credentials — any activity under your login is governed by these Terms & Conditions.

Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction records for as long as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Once retention obligations are met and your account is closed, identifiable personal data is deleted or anonymised per our internal data schedule.

Requesting Changes

The Terms & Conditions take effect the moment you complete account registration and tick the acceptance box. Any deposit you make via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe after that point is governed by the version of the terms current at the time of deposit.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing the platform is lawful in your state or territory before creating an account or placing any wager.

We publish an update notice on the platform and, where possible, send an alert to your registered email. The revised terms show a new effective date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.

We may suspend or permanently close your account for a material breach, including providing false registration details or attempting to manipulate game outcomes. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure is handled per the breach clause in Section 9.
